We want customers to be satisfied with their Fine Edgez Hair Artistry purchase. If there is a problem with your order, email fineedgez621@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos if applicable, and a short description of the issue.

Eligible unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and in resellable condition. For health and sanitation reasons, opened, used, worn, installed, altered, or tampered-with hair care products, grooming products, wigs, extensions, braiding hair, cosmetics, edge control, personal care items, combs, brushes, clippers, trimmers, blades, and similar beauty or barber items may not be returnable unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or another reasonable resolution depending on the situation and product availability.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary by payment provider.

Final sale, clearance, special order, custom order, opened sanitary products, digital products, books once shipped or accessed, and class/workshop fees may have separate rules listed at checkout or on the applicable product/class page.
